Leaving the Philippines means detachment from family members and be contented with long distance calls, SMS or instant messaging conversations as primary means of communication. It also means depriving oneself of guiding children and watch them grow.
There are many reasons why Filipinos work abroad. They are willing to go abroad for work because of the higher income and salary, higher unemployment role in the Philippines, pressure from the family and peer influence and many more.
This OFW, another Kabayan killed himself after receiving bad news fron his family in the Philippines. Because of too much depression over family issues, he chose to end his life. The bad news may have really been hard for him to accept so he decided to end his precious life.
There are still no further reports regarding the identity of this Kabayan. But one thing is for sure, he is working so hard outside the country to provide the financial needs of his family in the Philippines.
This video which was posted in Facebook terrified the public and instantly became viral. The post bagged over 30 thousand views already as of this writing, 573 reactions, and 838 shares.
