Duterte blamed the Virginia-based US civilian foreign intelligence service for the barrage of criticism surrounding his presidency, mainly brought about by the bloody war on illegal drugs that has seen thousands die since he took office.
Duterte said that someday he would expel the CIAs in the country or perhaps kill him.
The President also said he is not the same as the previous President who has allowed to let America to intervene the Philippines government.
