Jennifer Pulga, a 27-year old Filipina with physical deformities — born without a right arm and with facial and right leg deformities first went viral after showcasing her amazing singing voice on TV on social media.
She went viral after sharing a video of herself singing Meghan Trainor’s “Like I’m Gonna Lose You.”
Bernadette Sembrano, ABS-CBN newscaster took notice of Jennifer, featuring her story on TV Patrol’s Lingkod Kapamilya segment. Through this segment, Jennifer was given the chance to compete in the “Tawag Ng Tanghalan,” a singing competition conducted as one of the segments of the noontime show, “It’s Showtime.”
Jennifer impressed the audience with Kyla’s classic song “Hanggang Ngayon.” Kyla surprise Jennifer during her performance on TNT by joining her in singing the classic song. Kyla applauded Jennifer after their performance for inspiring her and many others with Jennifer’s courage in facing difficulties.
