Rita Gaviola, popularly known as “Badjao Girl had gone viral last year because of her natural beauty as seen in her photos taken by photographer Topher Quinto Burgos when Rita was begging in the streets with her two-year old sister during the Pahiyas Festival in Lucban, Quezon.
After gaining popularity, Rita was invited to be one of the teen housemates in “Pinoy Big Brother” (PBB) Season 7 last 2016 but was later evicted in the show due to her “supposed immaturity” and her “lack of cooperation.”
On Wednesday, March 1, another possible “Badjao Girl” was spotted. Facebook fan page ‘Bes, Kalma’ uploaded photos featuring this beautiful Badjao younger girl from Guihulngan, Negros Oriental. Many netizens gushed over her cute features, particularly her large, doe-like eyes. These pictures were credited to Demi Nathanel Torres Calumba.
The images of the younger Badjao girl have gotten the consideration of the netizens. One user named Lhiezel Amora, thought the girl looked like a young Chloe Moretz. She commented: “May pagka Chloe Moretz mukha siyang foreigner sana badjao na lang ako.”
