LOOK: Richard Gomez’s Two-Storey Forbes Park Home With All-White Decor

Richard Gomez, the current mayor of Ormoc City has moved to Forbes Park in Makati together with his wife Lucy Torres, the representative of Leyte’s fourth district and Juliana, their 16-year old daughter. 

The two-storey house features predominantly white decor, with pops of colors through random furniture and decor. It has an open layout and pool for their daughter since Juliana loves to swim. It has an Scandinavian-inspired design and features wooden flooring and furniture that balances its brightness.

According to Richard and Lucy, they have decided to move out of their former home in Greenhills, San Juan since they were having a hard time going to the airport for their work in Leyte. Some of the furniture they used in Forbes Park came from their old home such as the wooden dining table and benches in their lanai.

There are pop of colors in every room like the green couch in Juliana’s bedroom and the blue chairs in the dining area. The blue and white chairs pop against the all-white decor of the home. 

The house has an open layout which makes it easier for them to entertain their family and friends. The open layout makes their house look bigger than it actually is.

The kitchen was designed to Richard’s specifications, meaning it also has an all-white theme to easily spot dirt. The white kitchen is his favorite spots at home. 

The other part of the kitchen has pops of colors and texture, such as the wooden dining area and poster above the cabinets.
