A Filipina student named Therese Kiara shared in a Facebook post her surreal experience when Emma Watson, a British actress, model, activist and the “Beauty and the Beast” star.
Therese shared that she got a greeting from the Hollywood star during a conversation with her mother on the video call app Facetime.
According to Therese as she uploaded screenshots of the actress joining in their conversation: “I was studying for my Bio exam when my Mom called to show Emma Watson standing behind her, then she politely asked Emma if she can say hi to me on the cam. She was so kind and sweet.”
Watson was quoted as saying: “Sure! Hi! Study hard!”
Therese said she hopes that her experience will “motivate more people to study hard.”
