4 nabbed, P2.4-M shabu, firearm seized in Bataan, Bulacan ops

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga – Police arrested four suspects, including two high-value individuals, and seized PHP2.4 million worth of suspected shabu and a firearm in separate anti-drug operations in Bataan and Bulacan provinces on Saturday.

In Hermosa, Bataan, the local police, provincial drug enforcement unit, intelligence unit and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency nabbed two suspects identified only as "Mona," 60, and "Suba," 30.

The two were arrested around 10 p.m. in Barangay Cataning after yielding two sachets of suspected shabu weighing 305 grams valued at PHP2.07 million and a caliber .38 revolver.

Earlier, around 6:40 p.m., the City Drug Enforcement Unit and San Jose del Monte police in Bulacan arrested two suspects, identified as "Eric," 41, and "Al," 47, in Barangay Sto. Cristo.

Police seized 50 grams of shabu worth PHP340,000 from the two. (PNA)
