Napilitang magsalita si Kris dahil na rin sa hindi nito matanggap ang mga kumakalat na ‘fake news’ upang i-rewrite ang kasaysayan ng bansa.
Matatandaang binaril si Ninoy sa tarmac ng Manila International Airport (ngayon ay Ninoy Aquino International Airport).
Ang kanyang pagkamatay ang naging mitsa ng pagsiklab ng mga kilos-protesta laban sa administrasyong Marcos hanggang sa humantong ito sa unang EDSA People Power Revolution noong Pebrero 1986.
