Motorcycle Rider Caught With Shabu Inside Motorcycle Ubox Has Gone Viral. Allegedly It Was A PLANTED Evidence!

A motorcycle rider named Paul Jake Ong was nabbed by the members of the Philippine Highway Patrol Group Of Negros Oriental led by Police Senior Inspector Robelito Mariano at around 5:30 PM on Wednesday, February 15.

Allegedly, Ong was was nabbed for resisting inspection and disobedience to person of authority when he disregarded search, inspection and arrest for no side mirror and violating muffler ordinance. Ong also presented what appears to be fake driver’s license, Fake Norsu ID and fake EDC identification card. Also, they allegedly recovered from his utility box are two sachets believed to contain two plastic sachets of shabu, tinfoil and lighters.

In the video, the motorcycle rider was seen in handcuffs surrounded by policemen while a guy in white shirt tries to open the utility box of a motorcycle by lock pick.

Ong was seen crying and explaining his side on what appears to be a resisting arrest case. Suddenly the guy in white opened the Ubox and Ong was asked to open the Ubox. The policemen also pointed to the man capturing the video as Choy Gallarde saying he is from Media.

Ong still on handcuffs finally opened the said Ubox and looked shocked when he found the shabu. During the duration of the video all he’s left to do is cry even challenging the policemen on scene to do a drug test.

Report on Arrested Person (Paul Jake Ong y Suwerte)

O/A 5:30 PM of February 15,2017, elements of PHPT Negros Oriental led by PSINSP ROBELITO DL MARIANO arrested Paul Jake Ong y Suwerte for Resistance and Disobedience to a Person in Authority when he disregarded and evaded being arrested when he was flagged down for initial violation of no side mirror. The suspect presented delinquent registration. The OR/CR, drivers license and other IDs presented where all fake after verification. Moreover, when the Ubox were opened two (2) plastic sachets of suspected shabu were recovered inside. The suspect was brought at the office of PHPT Negros Oriental for filing of complaint for violation of Art 151 and 172 of RPC, Sec 16 of R.A. 10883 and Sec 11 of RA 9165.
