A female cop named PO1 Jorsan Marie Alafriz was shot dead inside her vehicle on Sunday night at Recto, Manila. Alafriz was working as line beat patroller in Barbosa police community precinct.
In the CCTV footage, it could be seen that Alafriz’s car and a motorcycle were passing. In another angle, Alafriz car was not seen anymore for it crashed already in a tricycle while the motorcycle with two riders had made U-turn.
The female cop was supposed to report to her work when the incident happened. According to the witness identified only as “Lucy:” “Bale lumiko. Pagdating sa gitna, doon pinagbabaril. Yung backrider ang bumabaril.”
Alafriz was able to rush to the hospital but was declared dead because of the gun shots. Authorities are still looking for the motives of the said riding in tandem.
