Despite of the support received by Commission on Human Rights from the millennials, several Netizens were still believed that CHR had been biased since it was made during the administration of former President Cory Aquino.

According to her Facebook post, the CHR had been biased all along since it was created because she noticed that the office which created to protect the human rights of every Filipino citizens ignored several ‘massacres’ happened during the past three decades.
She mentioned, Mendiola Massacre (1987), Hacienda Luisita Massacre (2004) and Kidapawan Massacre (2016). These were the massacres that blamed by the critics to the powerful Aquino family.
