A 16-year old Fil-American teen Anatalia Villaranda sang Bruno Mar’s hit “Runaway Baby” on The Voice’s Blind Audition. This is one of the highlights in the season premiere of “The Voice U.S.”
The teen wowed the show’s coaches with her energetic blind audition. Anatalia received a four chair turn around for her performance. She even had Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine lay out a fearless forecast for her: “I do believe you could win this entire thing.”
Anatalia picked coach Alicia Keys. According to the “If I Aint Got You” singer: “This is more than just a voice. This is an artist who is unafraid to express yourself. I would like you to look in your heart and see how important it is for you to be on my team.”
Gwen Stefani said that she feels like she has an opportunity to share her experience with someone like Anatalia. She commented on her personality and passion.
Meanwhile, Blake Shelton said that he wants to make her hometown hers alone. Adam said that he has plenty of cake. Blake responded that the joke was bad and that Adam should not be inviting a teenager for cake in his dressing room.
