Networking is a socio-economic business activity by which business people and entrepreneurs meet to form business relationships and to recognize, create, or act upon business opportunities, share information, and seek potential partners for ventures.
It is an effective low-cost marketing method for developing sales opportunities and contacts, based on referrals and introductions — either face-to-face meetings or gatherings or by other contact methods such as phone, email, and increasingly social and business networking websites.
In this article posted by Ma. Kristina Metran Catudio, a man named Echo Gonowon, who said he’s a drummer tries to convince someone to join him in networking which can offer 32K per day to those who are interested and for his family.
The man said he believed in networking but according to him, networking is not his forte. He was not after for riches.
Still, Echo tries to convince the man, telling a lot of things until in the middle of their conversations, they argued with each other over different things. Then, Echo belittled the man, telling him: “Baka kahit gulong ng sasasakyan ay di mo kayang bilhin.”
