Kapamilya actress Kristel Fulgar is an online sensation who was joined by Marlo Mortel, a singer-actor for a duet of the classic “Beauty and the Beast.” The song was originally performed by Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson for the 1991 Disney animated film and recently covered by Ariana Grande and John Legend for the movie remake of the same title, which stars Emma Watson and Dan Stevens.
This is the first collaboration from Kristel and Marlo and it comes a week after Walt Disney Studios Philippines announced that the live adaptation of the “tale as old as time” is now the 6th highest grossing film in the country, earning a massive P541.67 million in just 11 days.
